All PBM Canada invoices are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless we agree in advance to bill in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Invoicing & Terms
◉ Currency: Default USD. CAD is available by prior written agreement; the applicable FX rate will be noted on your invoice or order form.
◉ When you’ll be billed:
⦾ Fixed-fee / Not-to-Exceed: upfront deposit (if applicable) then milestone or monthly billing.
⦾ Time & Materials: monthly in arrears with detailed timesheets.
◉ Payment due: Net 10–15 days (as stated in your SoW).
◉ Retainers: Certain projects require an upfront retainer/deposit credited against final invoices.
◉ Late payments: May incur a standard 1.5% per month service charge where permitted.
Accepted Payment Methods
◉ ACH / Domestic Bank Transfer (USA): Preferred for U.S. clients. Remittance details appear on your invoice.
◉ Wire Transfer (USA & International): USD wires accepted; CAD wires by prior approval.
◉ Debit / Credit Card: Pay securely via our invoice link (processing fees may apply and will be shown before you confirm).
◉ PayPal: Pay with a PayPal account or as a guest using a debit/credit card. You’ll be redirected to an SSL-encrypted PayPal page to complete checkout.
◉ Check (U.S.): Available by exception; contact us for remit-to details.
💧Processing fees: Any third-party card/PayPal fees will be disclosed on the checkout screen or invoice before you pay.
CAD Billing (By Prior Agreement)
◉ We can invoice in CAD upon request.
◉ The FX basis (e.g., mid-market rate at invoice time or a mutually agreed fixed rate) will be specified on the invoice.
◉ CAD wires or card payments in CAD are available where supported by our payment processor.
Taxes, Forms & Receipts
◉ Tax forms: We can provide a W-9 (U.S. entities) or W-8 (non-U.S. entities) as applicable.
◉ Receipts: An email receipt is issued automatically when electronic payment is confirmed.
◉ VAT/GST/Sales tax: Applied only where legally required and stated on the invoice.
